It is extremely healthy and even beneficial to our bodies for regulating blood pressure. However, all this great health benefit comes with a host of potential negative side effects. The first is that the wrong types of salt can cause high blood pressure. As mentioned above, salt crystals are formed naturally in our sea water and if you get a lot of sea salt on your table, then you are running the risk of developing high blood pressure.
