What’s in Your Table Salt? Depends on Where it Comes From?

Perhaps the most important thing that you need to know about salt is that it has a host of benefits. Salt is often called the food of the gods for a very good reason. It is extremely healthy and even beneficial to our bodies for regulating blood pressure. However, all this great health benefit comes with a host of potential negative side effects.
